Boat Canal Excavation, Running Y Ranch Klamath Lake, Oregon – 1999
New construction at canal entrance for future small boat basin at the Running Y Ranch Golf & Country Club Resort.
AquaDam® along the shore of Klamath Lake. Dewatering shoreline to develop the canal entrance for the future marina.
This job called for the use of an 8' high by 100' long single close-ended AquaDam®. A 4' high AquaDam® has been abutted into the large AquaDam®, making a 90 degree angle. Small mounds of fill have been put in back of the AquaDam®.
With Klamath Lake in the background, the 4' high AquaDam® has been connected to an additional 4' high AquaDam® using a connection collar. You can see the two white fill tubes on top at the connection which make it water-tight.
