These AquaDams® have been in place from Winter 2002 to Winter 2003.
They have not been maintained and are consequently looking a little ragged. The white AquaDam®
is made up of three progressively smaller tubes to act as a fish ladder,
and the 1' high black unit has been used to create a pool at the bottom.
Since the 1' high unit was washed out, it was the first thing that had to be dealt with.
The worker pulls on the open end of the small AquaDam® so that all of the water will
drain to the other end. They he simply lays the unit on the bank to get it out of the way.
Notice that the 1' AquaDam® has now been moved. A pump is set near the pool upstream,
and each of the tubes of the white dam are topped off in turn (starting with the largest).
